I would like to make a reflection about the title of my blog. NO LANGUAGE-->NO LIFE. Well, at least life as human beings normally understand it, in a daily and constant communicative situation. With language we express our feelings, emotions, desires. Using language we fall in love, we create bonds with our friends, we argue and we forgive. And what about learning another language? What about learning English as a Foreign Language? Every year I try to make my English students aware that without this communication in a foreign language, life would be really boring. We couldn’t travel so much, we couldn’t have a relationship with people from other countries, we wouldn’t understand what foreign people which we follow on Instagram post, and so on.
